All Ages 14+

Learn and practice situational awareness, combative combinations, defenses against chokes, grabs and holds, weapons and more!

Along with learning life saving skills our students often see improvement in coordination, strength, weight loss, flexibility and cardio, just by attending class at least twice per week.

Basics/P1: Focuses on learning Krav Maga techniques from Practitioner levels 1 and 2. Designed for new students who may not have previous experience with Krav Maga or combatives.

P2-P5: Open to rank P2 and higher only. It will focus on changing the mindset from operator to fighter. We will cover techniques from P3-G5 and work on multiple attacker scenarios.

**Please note due to the increased level of contact in this class, all sparring gear is required.

Ages 55+

Golden Krav Maga caters to those 55 and older who know the importance of learning to defend themselves. You will learn the same life saving techniques but at a slower, safe pace.

Think about what you would do if you were pushed down while walking in the park, would you know how to safely fall to minimize damage?

It is no secret exercise is important at any age. Krav Maga can help strengthen you bones and muscles as well as keep your cardiovascular system in shap all while learning life saving skills!

Ages 13 - 18

You’re not a baby anymore but the adult classes could seem intimidating. In this class, you will get a chance to work with peers your own age and size. You will start with the same combatives and techniues as our adults but in a more comfortable setting for you.

Parents: Get your teen thinking and reacting on their own in dangerous situations or, better yet, learning to avoid potentially dangerous situations all together!

Exercise and group activity is critical at this age! Exercise through Krav Maga can help your teen stay in shape, build confidence and battle anxiety and depression.

All Ages 7 - 13

Our Kid’s Krav program is aimed at developing coordination and confidence. Kid’s will learn how to ward off bullies and adult predators while increasing their fitness level, as well as, increasing mental and physical coordination.

This is not a sport! And we are not a daycare. Although we have some engaging drills to make Krav Maga fun for the kids, we do no play games all day. We teach life saving techniques.

Krav Maga Classes at TBKM

Fitness and Kickboxing Krav Maga has been voted the #1 system of Self Defense over and over again.  Why?  Because it works!  It is not only extremely effective, but very practical.  It doesn’t take a long time to become proficient at defending yourself against common attacks (typically 6 months to 1 year for most people).  Plus, While you’re learning how to protect yourself, you’ll be getting into great shape! It is important to be able to defend yourself in all situations no matter what your limitations are. If you have any limitations please be sure to let your instructor know. We will do our best to give you an alternative solution.
