Our fitness kickboxing class will get your heart pumping as you learn how to punch, kick, elbow , and knee based on Krav Maga striking. You’ll get into great shape while practicing effective striking skills.

But that’s not all we are about! No two classes are the same, some incorporate “Krav Fit” elements, which are out of the box fitness techniques that are most similar to crossfit and include: sit-ups, push-ups, squats, tire jumps, sledge hammer hits etc. Come as often as you please!
